We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.


Returns

You may return your item within 10 days of receiving it.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Restocking Fee

A R20 restocking fee applies to returns due to customer preference.

No restocking fee will be charged for defective or incorrect items.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited to your original payment method.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.


How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at Iziphoapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide return instructions and (if applicable) a prepaid shipping label.

3. Ship the item back to us within the 10-day return period.

4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
