We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
Returns
• You may return your item within 10 days of receiving it.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
Return Shipping
• If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
• A R20 restocking fee applies to returns due to customer preference.
• No restocking fee will be charged for defective or incorrect items.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
• We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
How to Initiate a Return

2. We will provide return instructions and (if applicable) a prepaid shipping label.
3. Ship the item back to us within the 10-day return period.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
