Shipping Method & Delivery Time

• We use PAXI for all deliveries.

• Delivery Time: Estimated 3–5 business days after courier dispatch.

• Delays may occur due to courier schedules, weekends, or public holidays.

Shipping Fee

• Flat Rate: R110 per order.

• No free shipping is available at this time.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or email.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

• We are not responsible for courier delays, but we will assist in tracking your package if necessary.

• If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

• Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Damaged or Missing Items

• If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
